All items in stock will ship within 2 business days. If fro some reason, we have questions or are out of stock, we will try and reach you by email and telephone. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will notify you of order cancellation. We want you to be happy, if for any reason, you are unsatisfied. Please call the store and arrange a return. All shipping costs of returns will be your cost, and we will return your purchase after we receive the item in like new condition with all tags intact and so smells of smoke or animals, etc.
