So we put all three of these ingredients together—organic white and yellow corn, avocado oil, and sea salt—and got these delicious and crunchy corn tortilla chips. Mexican street corn, elote, is a snack made from grilled corn, cotija cheese, chile, and lime. We grew up enjoying it with friends at street fairs, birthday parties, and backyard asadas. Made with organic corn, we created these Dairy Free Mexican Street Corn Tortilla Chips for more people to enjoy.
