This seasoning is also great when used for tacos or enchiladas.
Chili recipe directions:
Brown 2 lbs. ground beef. Drain fat. Add 3 Tbs. Chugwater Chili Mix (more or less to taste), one 15 oz. can tomato sauce, and 15 oz. water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add two 15 oz. cans plain pinto beans; return to simmer.
This recipe makes 9 one cup servings.
