By signing up to receive SMS messages from Simply Creative ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Consent

When you provide your mobile phone number at checkout, through a sign-up form, or in person at our store, and opt in to receive text messages, you are giving express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages and transactional texts (e.g., order updates, delivery confirmations, promotional offers) from Simply Creative.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency & Costs

  • Message frequency varies but typically includes 2–6 messages per month.

  • Message & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.

3. How to Opt-Out

You can opt out of our SMS marketing at any time by replying:

  • STOP to cancel all messages

  • HELP to receive help or contact information

4. Data Collection and Use

Our SMS program works with most major U.S. mobile carriers, but we are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery.

6. Eligibility

SMS marketing from Simply Creative is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By signing up, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to use the number provided.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
