Shipping & Returns
Simply Creative ships merchandise to locations within the United States usually via Fed Ex or USPS. All orders over $150 ship free (US Only). Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase unless it is not available and we will contact you! Orders are shipped via USPS or Fed ex depending on weight and usually arrive between 3-7 business days.
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to shipper. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. If tracking states that your order has delivered and you do not have it in your possession, you must place a claim with the carrier. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
Return items MUST be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be given as a store credit and we will issue you a code you can use on your next purchase! You can use this code like a gift card! . Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return labels will be emailed to you. No refund will be given on original shipping charges. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All SALE merchandise, jewelry and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.
