Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods:

Orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We do make every effort to get it out quickly. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you via email and/or phone to let you know if we can get the item restocked quickly.

Shipping Rates:

Flat Rat Shipping is $10. Free shipping is automatically applied when the merchandise total reaches $75. Return shipping when we provide the label is $10 and will be deducted from any refunds.

Order Processing:

Once your order is placed, it will be processed between 1-2 business days. Durong peak periods like the holidays, processing time may extend to 3-4 days. We do not process orders on Sundays or holidays.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages.

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we may file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after package has been marked delivered.

We do offer the following suggestions:

Check with your neighbors to see if the package has been misplaced at the wrong home.

Check bushes, porches, garages and vehicles in case carrier placed package there.

Check with your local post office or carrier to see if they can locate it. Often they have a missing report you can file and they often find it! Some even have pictures of where they left it.

If you feel like it has been stolen, file a police report with your local police station.

 Returns:

Return items MUST be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be given as a store credit and we will issue you a code you can use on your next purchase! You can use this code like a gift card! . Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return labels will be emailed to you. No refund will be given on original shipping charges. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All SALE merchandise, jewelry and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.
