There’s just something magical about a holiday punch bowl—especially one crowned with a gorgeous frozen wreath of citrus, cranberries, and fresh herbs. This recipe is a showstopper at any gathering and so simple to make. The secret? A stunning ice ring made in a bundt pan and a cozy blend of mulled wine and sparkling refreshment. It’s beautiful, delicious, and guaranteed to become a holiday tradition!
Ingredients
-
2 oranges, thinly sliced
-
1 cup fresh cranberries
-
A small handful of fresh mint sprigs
-
2–4 cinnamon sticks
-
1 bottle dry red wine
-
1 packet Mulled Cider Spice Mix
-
1 container cran-apple juice
-
1 can orange juice concentrate
-
2 liters ginger ale
Directions
1. Create the Ice Ring
Arrange the orange slices along the inside edges of a bundt pan. Scatter the cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and mint between the slices. Carefully pour in water until almost full—leave about ½ inch at the top to allow for expansion. Freeze until completely solid.
2. Mulled Wine Magic
Warm the bottle of red wine with the Mulled Cider Spice Mix following the instructions on the package. This step fills your kitchen with the most amazing holiday aroma!
3. Mix the Punch Base
In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the mulled wine, cran-apple juice, and orange juice concentrate. Chill until you're ready to assemble.
4. Assemble & Serve
Run the outside of the bundt pan under warm water to loosen the ice ring and gently release it into your punch bowl. Pour the punch mixture over the ice, leaving a couple inches at the top. Finish by adding ginger ale for sparkle and fizz.
Serve in festive cups and garnish with extra orange slices or cranberries for a beautiful finishing touch.
This punch not only tastes incredible but doubles as a centerpiece. Perfect for holiday parties, girls’ nights, family dinners, or any time you want to impress with minimal effort! Cheers! 🎄✨
